Adhkar Voice works without an account. The Android app stores its data locally and may use Android's optional system backup. On iOS and iPadOS, you may optionally use Sign in with Apple to synchronize selected app data through your personal iCloud account. FFDEV does not operate an Adhkar Voice account or synchronization server.
1. Scope and privacy approach
This policy explains how FFDEV Apps ("FFDEV," "we," or "us") handles information in Adhkar Voice on Android, iOS, and iPadOS. It also describes information processed by Google, Apple, the active speech-recognition provider on your device, and your email provider when you choose features that use their services.
Adhkar Voice does not contain advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics, or a third-party crash-reporting service. We do not sell or rent personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or create advertising profiles.
Information that never leaves your device is not collected by FFDEV. Google, Apple, your device manufacturer, or the active speech-recognition provider may still process device, speech, backup, notification, store, and service information under their own terms when you use those services.
2. Data handling summary
The table summarizes the app's current data flows. Optional means the data is processed only when you choose the related feature.

Store disclosure alignment: Optional voice audio may be transmitted to the active recognition service for real-time, ephemeral processing and is used only for app functionality. On iOS and iPadOS, the Apple user identifier, optional name or email, synchronized user content, and product-interaction records such as goals, reading activity, and statistics may be linked to your Apple sign-in and are used only for app functionality. Adhkar Voice does not use this data for tracking or advertising.
3. Information stored on your device
The app stores preferences, dhikr counts and targets, custom adhkar, hidden and reordered items, reading activity, reminder schedules, daily goals and progress, statistics, and history in app-controlled local storage. Widgets, Live Activities on supported Apple devices, and the Android ongoing voice-session notification use selected local state to show progress outside the main screen.
On iOS and iPadOS, Adhkar Voice may generate local Apple speech-model caches from built-in and custom dhikr text to improve recognition. These generated model files stay in app-controlled storage and are excluded from backup. Production voice counting on all supported platforms does not create a saved audio-recording library.
Local information remains until you remove it using the app's controls, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Selected data may be included in an Apple device backup or Android system backup when backup is enabled. Backup timing, retention, restore, security, and deletion are controlled by the applicable platform provider and your account settings.
4. Microphone and voice recognition
Voice counting is optional and requires microphone permission and, where applicable, speech-recognition permission. Adhkar Voice uses the speech-recognition framework and active recognition service supplied by Android, Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer. It may use downloaded language assets and on-device recognition where supported.
Depending on your device, operating-system version, language, recognition-service availability, settings, and network access, recognition may occur on the device or audio may be transmitted to the active recognition service for real-time processing. Adhkar Voice requests offline processing where supported on Android, but the system recognition service may use online processing when offline recognition is unavailable or cannot complete the request. The applicable provider determines its independent processing under its own settings and privacy terms.
The recognition result returned to Adhkar Voice is used during the active session to match your recitation and update the counter. FFDEV does not upload microphone audio to an FFDEV server, use it for advertising, or maintain an account-level archive of audio or speech transcripts.
You can deny or revoke microphone and speech permission in system settings and continue counting by touch.
5. Sign-in, sync, and backup
You may use Adhkar Voice without signing in. The Android app does not offer an Adhkar Voice account, email sign-in, or cross-platform synchronization. Optional Sign in with Apple on iOS and iPadOS provides the app with a stable Apple user identifier and, on first authorization, any name or email address you choose to share. The Apple app keeps those account details in local settings.
When signed in, Adhkar Voice synchronizes a defined set of records through your personal iCloud key-value store: appearance, navigation, reading, sound, haptic, voice, and completion preferences; targets and hidden or reordered items; custom adhkar; daily goals, progress, and history; supplication read counts; reminder settings; and aggregate statistics and history. In-progress per-dhikr counts, account details, custom sound files, and generated voice-model caches are not included in this iCloud synchronization set. You can start a manual sync from the account controls.
On Android, selected preferences, counts, Custom Dhikr, statistics, goals, and reading progress may be included in Android system backup or device-to-device transfer when those features are enabled in system settings. Google or your device manufacturer controls backup availability, transport, storage, restore, retention, and deletion. FFDEV does not receive or operate this backup.
FFDEV does not operate an account or synchronization server and does not have direct access to your personal iCloud content or Android system backup. Apple, Google, and device manufacturers apply their own security controls to information stored and transferred through their services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Platform services
Apple may process information for Sign in with Apple, personal iCloud key-value synchronization, device backup, speech recognition and language-asset delivery, local notifications, widgets, Live Activities, and App Store distribution.
Google, your device manufacturer, or another active Android system provider may process information for speech recognition and language assets, Android backup and device transfer, local notifications, widgets, foreground voice sessions, and Google Play distribution.
We do not authorize platform providers to use Adhkar Voice content for FFDEV advertising. Their independent processing is governed by their own privacy terms and your platform settings.
7. Notifications and device features
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. Reminder text and schedules are not sent to an FFDEV notification server. Adhkar Voice does not currently use remote marketing notifications.
You can change notification access in system settings and manage reminder schedules in the app. During an active voice session, a Live Activity may show the dhikr, current count, target, and listening state on supported Apple Lock Screen and Dynamic Island surfaces. On Android, a visible foreground-service notification may show the active session and listening state while voice counting continues in the background.
8. Support and feedback
The feedback control opens an email app installed on your device. Adhkar Voice prepares a recipient and a subject line containing the app name, device model, operating system, and operating-system version. You decide whether to send the email, what to write, and whether to add attachments.
If you send a message, FFDEV receives the sender address, subject, message, and attachments. We use them to answer the request, investigate the issue, maintain support records, and protect the service. Your email provider and Microsoft, which hosts the receiving mailbox, also process the message under their own privacy terms. The app does not submit feedback to an embedded analytics or feedback database.
9. Disclosure and legal requests
We disclose information only to service providers needed for a feature you choose, to people you intentionally contact, when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, FFDEV, and the app. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers, advertisers, or advertising networks.
10. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Signing out clears the app's local Apple account details but normally leaves synchronized iCloud data available for a later sign-in. Delete Account removes the app's synchronized records from its iCloud key-value store, resets local statistics, and clears local Apple sign-in state. Other local preferences and custom content remain until you remove them in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall. You can separately revoke Sign in with Apple authorization through Apple Account settings.
On Android, you can delete local app information by clearing Adhkar Voice storage or uninstalling the app. Android system backups remain subject to Google or your device manufacturer's controls and retention schedule. Optional voice audio is not retained by Adhkar Voice after the live recognition request. The active recognition provider handles its own temporary processing under its terms.
Apple device backups remain subject to Apple's controls and retention schedule. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
For detailed Apple deletion steps, visit Delete Adhkar Voice account and iCloud data. FFDEV can provide help but cannot directly access or delete your personal iCloud content, Apple device backup, or Android system backup.
11. Children's privacy
Adhkar Voice is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. The app does not knowingly collect children's information through advertising or analytics. A parent or guardian should supervise speech-service use, system backup, support email use, and, on Apple platforms, optional Sign in with Apple and iCloud sync by a child. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information that should be deleted.
12. This website
This static support website does not use advertising cookies, analytics, account login, or embedded forms. It is delivered through Firebase Hosting, which may process network and request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Adhkar Voice, Android, Apple platforms, or service providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date identifies the latest revision.
