Combine rich text, photos, links, colors, highlights, custom icons, fonts, alignment, and bullet or numbered lists. Keep, merge, or match pasted formatting; resize photos, undo and redo edits, and use the writing tools or hide the keyboard when you want to read.
Arrange sticky notes, styled text, drawings, shapes, photos, and linked task blocks on a flexible canvas. Choose canvas sizes and backgrounds; draw with pen, brush, line, ruler, and eraser tools, adjust brush width and opacity, and move, resize, rotate, undo, and redo.
Create Task Tables with details, priorities, due dates, completion tracking, and daily or weekly recurrence. Plan with All, Today, and Upcoming views and a date picker. All separates past-due, today, upcoming, undated, and completed tasks. Complete editable tasks directly from previews, with Undo; Pro adds reminders and monthly, yearly, and custom recurrence plus advanced task controls.
With CoNote Pro, connect CoNotes, Task Tables, selected tasks, and boards. Manage linked items, preview destination content, return to the source after opening a connection, and use backlinks and a connection map to follow an idea across your work.
Browse cards or compact lists; feature, pin, reorder, duplicate, or move items to Recently Deleted and restore them later. Search across your work with type, category, and updated-date filters, matching excerpts, and a clearable recent-search list. Pro adds personal, reorderable categories.
Choose CoNote, Task, Board, or Daily note in quick capture and use a new or existing destination. Bring in photos, text, and links from the Share extension; task photos stay in a linked source CoNote. Use Siri and Shortcuts, Spotlight, Home Screen actions, and App Intents to create, find, or open work. Speech-to-text capture is included with Pro.
Find task suggestions in typed or pasted text with on-device processing and multilingual support. Inspect the source text, edit titles and dates, check possible duplicates, and select what to add to a new or existing linked Task Table. Find more preserves your edits and selections. Pro also accepts selected photos, camera captures, scanned pages, and PDFs; recognition can make mistakes, so you review suggestions before adding them.
Use CoNote locally without an account, or sign in with Apple to sync through your private iCloud database. Keep working locally offline; cloud updates need a connection. Check the sync status and last successful sync, pull to refresh, or retry from the status panel.
With an eligible account-linked CoNote Pro subscription and Apple sign-in, share a CoNote, Task Table, or board with view or edit access. Choose the username collaborators see, mark contributions, discuss work in threaded comments and replies, resolve conversations, and follow activity alerts.
Choose Light, Dark, or System appearance and personalize document colors, icons, and previews. Lock selected CoNotes and boards with Face ID, Touch ID where available, or your device passcode, and blur sensitive previews. CoNote contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
CoNote Pro adds tools to group, align, distribute, lock, hide, snap, and organize Fridge layers, plus additional typography and board backgrounds. Pro version history lets you review earlier revisions and restore one while preserving the current version.
Every Fridge template is free. CoNote General widgets are free in every supported size and show CoNotes, tasks, or boards from featured, pinned, and recent content. CoNote Specific · Pro stays linked to an item you choose; interactive task changes also require Pro and edit access. Pro exports polished PDFs and high-resolution images.
Add, hide, and reorder twelve sections, including Focus, quick actions, progress, Keep close, today’s and upcoming tasks, priorities, recent CoNotes, boards, Task Tables, and a personal reminder. Choose cards or compact rows and item counts, select the notes, tasks, and boards to keep close, edit your heading, start from a preset, or save named personal layouts.
Set an intention and choose a 15-, 25-, or 45-minute Focus session. Pause, resume, or reset the timer; your session survives reopening the app. Follow the countdown through a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported devices when Live Activities are enabled.
Use a persistent sidebar in wider iPad windows, adaptable grids, and a two-column Today layout when space allows. Narrow windows switch to compact navigation while keeping the editor open. Keyboard shortcuts let you move between workspaces, create, search, and open Settings.
Use CoNote in English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Hindi, or Urdu, with right-to-left support and portrait or landscape layouts. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets use supported system sizes, including free General extra-large portrait widgets on iOS 27. Siri and Apple Intelligence capabilities depend on your device, system, language, region, and settings.
The Fridge
Use a Fridge board when a page feels too linear. Sketch, add photos and sticky notes, and place shapes and tasks. Move, rotate, and resize as you create; CoNote Pro adds precision grouping, alignment, layer controls, and knowledge links for more involved boards.

Free CoNote includes local notes, Task Tables and boards, optional iCloud sync, text-based task suggestions, daily and weekly recurrence, every Fridge template, customizable Today layouts, Focus sessions, and General widgets in every supported size.
A monthly or annual CoNote Pro subscription adds live collaboration and contribution markers; personal categories; reminders and advanced recurrence; photo, camera, scan, and PDF task capture; audio transcription; Fridge precision tools; knowledge links, backlinks, and the connection map; version history; Specific widgets and interactive task changes; PDF and high-resolution image export; and additional text styles and board backgrounds.
Creating cloud shares requires Apple sign-in and an eligible subscription linked to that CoNote account. The App Store displays current pricing and any introductory trial available to your account. Manage or restore purchases in Settings; deleting CoNote data does not cancel an App Store subscription.
